Welcome to Clyft.org and Clyft AI. By using our websites, apps, and services (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

What we collect

Email only: We have your email information, and you agree it may be stored in our database for account, security, and product purposes.
Activity on Clyft AI: We have access to what you are doing on Clyft AI (for example: prompts, feature usage, timestamps, and diagnostics) to operate, secure, and improve the product.

We cannot view anything else. We do not look through any other information about you outside of the Services.

No camera watching: We cannot watch you through your camera. Access to camera or microphone only occurs if you explicitly enable it for a specific feature, and only for that feature.
No passwords: We do not collect or view your passwords.
No device files, photos, contacts, or messages: We do not access these.

Your consent

By checking the consent box below and clicking “Agree & Continue,” you agree that:

You allow us to store your email in our database.
You allow us to process usage information about what you are doing on Clyft AI to operate and improve the Services.
You understand we are committed to your privacy and we are completely safe and do not look through any other information.

Use of the Services

Use the Services only as permitted by law and these Terms.
Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or misuse the Services.

Security & Privacy

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information and keep your account secure.
We cannot access your camera without your explicit permission for a specific feature, and we do not “watch” users.
